Hi Adam--loved the Passivehaus presentation at the Sierra Club--missed it at the Environment Fair this fall so was glad for the repeat. Also glad Diana posted your blog info. Was wondering how I would know when a "demo" house would be available. Have been looking for a south sloping lot for awhile--not much available close in so it's wonderful to know the PH doesn't require it.

Pat, I know of a beautiful SW county lot with sewer and water for less than 20K. ou make a great Passivhaus lot!
